The hotel is perfectly adequate and the staff are lovely and really try to help you.
The food was very average, variety of drinks available at the bar was terrible, entertainment was very hit and miss... Far too much sugar thrown at the kids in the afternoons.
Rooms do not get cleaned during the week (as far as I could tell), and you have to chase up for extra loo rolls, tissues etc.
Over all though, the facilities are very good, the staff are great and the location is amazing. Just don't expect gourmet food or high quality evening events.
Also, try not to have a 1st floor room with a view of the mountains and slopes as it is directly above the bar and entertainment - so very loud!

The hotel itself is a bit dated but I didn't expect Club Med for the price. The location (directly across from Club Med) and the staff (Marion in particular) were amazing. Marion was a huge help providing information on parking, ski rental, and activity cards. The included breakfast was also fantastic!

Brilliant house with lots of room, so perfect for 3 families to share
an hour from La Faucille and an easy walk to the waterfalls which are well worth a visit. the fireplace was a hit, as was the friendly kitchen. it would be good if some coffee mugs were bought, and the dishwasher needs to be looked at - we washed up by hand.
